About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley.I’m a future naturopathic doctor with a passion for helping patients better understand their health through a root-cause, evidence-informed lens. My clinical interests include hormones, thyroid health, metabolic health, fertility and preconception education, longevity, gut health, and preventive medicine.Before pursuing naturopathic medicine, my path included a background in journalism, fitness, and working as a flight attendant. These experiences shaped the way I connect with people, communicate clearly, and approach care with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s story.I believe patients deserve to feel informed, heard, and supported. Not overwhelmed by conflicting health advice or dismissed when something feels off.My goal is to help future patients connect the dots between their symptoms, labs, lifestyle, hormones, metabolism, and long-term health so they can feel more confident in their next steps.This space is where I’ll share education, resources, and updates as I move into clinical practice.
